Northstar Zen is all yours, inside and out, for the duration of your stay. From the pool and spa to the game room to the balcony overlooking the backyard, natural desert landscape, and nearby hiking trails, the entire space is yours to enjoy.
Guests also have access to a dedicated billiard room for indoor entertainment, a private zen-inspired sitting area designed for quiet reflection and reset, and a secluded “she shed” space— perfect for adults to step away and enjoy a private conversation or meaningful connection away from the energy of the main home.

We’ve added an incredible NSZ Ultimate MultiBall Zone, transforming an entire room into an interactive sports and gaming experience. The system combines a huge interactive wall with physical movement, allowing guests to play a wide variety of games and challenges. It’s perfect for children, adults, families and groups looking for some friendly competition. Whether you’re testing your speed, accuracy or teamwork, this brand-new room brings a completely unique experience to your stay.
A Home Designed Around Comfort and Experience
This home spans across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements designed to comfortably accommodate a wide range of groups. One bedroom and a full bathroom are located on the first floor for easy access. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, including one room featuring two triple bunk beds—ideal for younger guests or larger group flexibility.
For added sleeping arrangements, two queen air mattresses are also available to accommodate larger stays as needed.
Multiple living areas throughout the home give guests room to spread out and relax, while thoughtfully placed workspaces offer quiet corners when needed. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dedicated coffee and tea bar, ensuring the practical comforts of home are always within reach.

Northstar Zen sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Glendale with minimal traffic and no neighbors on one side or behind the property. Walking and biking trails are steps from the front door and a playground is within easy walking distance. Despite the calm of the neighborhood, the greater Phoenix area is fully accessible with major stadiums, spring training venues, shopping, dining, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport all within comfortable reach.
